Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end social media management by creating platform-specific content, executing targeted campaigns, monitoring analytics for optimization, managing daily posting and engagement, and using AI tools to enhance content and campaign performance.
Manage vendor coordination by sourcing marketing materials, negotiating costs and timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables, maintaining strong relationships, and tracking vendor performance for timely procurement.
Drive digital visibility through SEO/SEM initiatives, management of paid digital campaigns, regular website content updates, analytics monitoring, and coordination of digital films/assets across all verticals.
Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to understand requirements, align marketing strategies, and prepare clear business communication and presentations for smooth execution.
Oversee print branding activities including center branding, coordination of print material design and production, and maintaining brand consistency across centers, events, and CSR initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Basic design understanding and familiarity with AI/digital tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to deadlines.
Vendor negotiation and cost management skills.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred).
