Marketing Executive - General Insurance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in the General Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in marketing or business development within the insurance field. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and promoting various general insurance products such as motor, health, fire, marine, and miscellaneous insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets for general insurance products.

• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client base through networking and relationship management.

• Promote various general insurance products (Motor, Health, Property, Marine, etc.) to individual and corporate clients.

• Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure smooth customer service and policy issuance.

• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure renewals and cross-selling of other insurance products.

• Prepare and submit periodic reports on marketing activities, lead generation, and sales performance.

• Represent the company in local marketing events, seminars, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development in the General Insurance industry.

• Strong understanding of insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing targets.
