Position Title: Marketing Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive with over 5 years of experience in the hospital or healthcare sector.

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote hospital services, specialties, and doctors.
• Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, doctor referrals, and health camp leads.
• Achieve defined marketing and patient footfall targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, corporates, insurance providers, and community partners.
• Coordinate with digital marketing and design teams for online promotions and lead generation.
• Track, analyze, and report performance of marketing campaign
• Ensure brand consistency across all offline and online marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, MBA - preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare services, patient engagement, and referral networks.
• Proven track record of achieving sales or marketing targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel locally or regionally for business development and outreach activities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
