Job Description

Position : Billing Executive

Gender : Female

Shift: Night shift

Key Responsibilities:

Handle OP patient billing for services such as X-Ray, ECG, Scan, Lab, Treatment Room, Dialysis, Physio, and MLC (Medico-Legal Cases).
Manage IP management tasks including admissions, discharges, closing procedures, and IP billing maintenance.
Ensure accurate IP bill file maintenance and patient-side communication during billing and discharge.
Perform daily account closing and ensure accurate pharmacy daily collection entries.
Responsible for overall cash handling including cash maintenance and bank deposits.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, including cash wise reports and settlement charges.
Use hospital management software such as EMR, HIMS, and Master OPD systems for billing and documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and admin team for doctor payment processing, including maintaining doctors’ bills and vouchers.
Maintain proper records of OP & IP reception work, billing notes, and account note maintenance.
Ensure daily and accurate entry of pharmacy collections and coordination with the pharmacy team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Certification or training in hospital billing or medical administration is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
