Position Title: Staff Nurse (ICU & ER)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our ICU and Emergency Department team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU and ER settings according to established protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, progress, and condition, and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and eating as needed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, including changes in vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments.
• Identify potential risks, complications, and changes in patient status, and take appropriate actions or report concerns to physicians or senior staff.
• Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and effective care.

Required Qualifications: B.Sc. Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (DGNM)

License: Valid RNRM (Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Trauma care certificate is added advantage

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department – Preferred

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
