Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and Meta.
- Monitor and analyse website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Optimise digital strategies to increase online traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the companys presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,, etc.).
- Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos) aligned with brand tone and audience preferences.
- Track performance metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, etc.) and adjust strategy as needed.
Event Execution (ATL & BTL):
- Plan and execute promotional activities, including roadshows, trade fairs, activations, and brand events.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor event budgets and post-event ROI analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree
- 2–6 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital campaigns and event marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹13,953.62 - ₹30,035.34 per month
