Roles and Responsibilities
1. Managing service appointments, and advising on necessary repairs and maintenance, while also ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Informing the customer's about the sales and Service package.
3. Listen to the Concerns and describe the vehicle's issue.
4. Answer the Customer questions about service outcomes and consult with technicians when necessary.
5. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and the repair process
6. Coordinate with CREs and technicians .

Pay: ₹16,974.68 - ₹28,836.48 per month
