Marketing Executive (Fresher)

The selected candidate will be actively involved in market outreach, field visits, lead generation, and coordination with internal and client teams. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and a confident, go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Outreach

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients such as corporates, institutions, communities, and other business prospects.
• Schedule meetings and demos with key decision-makers in coordination with the senior team.
• Participate in client meetings, solution walkthroughs, and field marketing campaigns.
• Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status using Excel or CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.

Sales & Project Support

• Support business development executives in coordinating sales efforts and project discussions.
• Help track deliverables, client feedback, and communication status.
• Document meeting notes and action points during client interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (technical, operations, etc.) to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Prepare basic reports and summaries as per direction from the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field (Freshers or up to 1 year of experience).

• Languages:

  Fluency in

  English, Hindi, and Telugu

  is mandatory.

• Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable using email, internet, and basic CRM tools (training will be provided)

• Soft Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
• Field-ready and confident in approaching new clients
• Well-organized and punctual with follow-ups
• Presentable and professional in client-facing scenarios

Additional Requirements:

• Willing to travel extensively across INDIA
• Having a personal two-wheeler is preferred
• Flexible with work timings and comfortable with dynamic field schedules
