• Campaign Planning & Execution

  :

Support the end-to-end execution of branding campaigns, activations and community engagements.

• Logistics & Vendor Management

  :

Coordinate and manage logistics, including sourcing materials, arranging manpower, transportation, and securing venues.

• Budget Management

  :

Draft and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

• On-Site Coordination

  :

Oversee the smooth running of events and activations on the ground, including site setup and tear-down.

• Collaboration

  :

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative) and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

• Compliance

  :

Ensure all activities adhere to security, safety, and local regulations.

• Reporting

  :

Prepare incident reports, operational performance reviews, and reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Hands-on experience in on-ground activations and fabrication.
• A background in event management or operations.
• Familiarity with consumer engagement trends, experiential marketing.
