The role involves regular follow-ups with clients, maintaining payment records, and coordinating with the accounts/finance team to ensure smooth cash flow in the organization. Key Responsibilities: Payment Follow-ups & Client Coordination Call, email, and visit (if required) clients to follow up on overdue invoices. Track receivables and ensure payments are collected as per agreed credit terms. Maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring strict payment discipline. Receivables Tracking & Reporting Monitor the Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing report and escalate critical overdue cases.
