Marketing Executive Field Operations

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing
: Conduct daily field visits to residential & commercial areas for brand promotion and market research.
Partner Tie-Ups
: Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, hotels, architects, and corporates for partnership and visibility.
BTL Campaigns
: Execute BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities like leaflet distribution, roadshows, kiosks, standees, etc.
Lead Generation
: Run local promotional campaigns and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Data Recording
: Maintain proper documentation of daily field activities, leads, and tie-ups using Excel or Google Sheets.
Reporting
: Submit daily and weekly reports on performance and field observations.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
3-5 years of field marketing or business development experience.
Good communication skills in English and local language (Kannada preferred).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and independent with a problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Comfortable with extensive travel within Bengaluru.
