We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with proven team leadership, lead generation, and client handling experience. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the consultancy sector, with the ability to strategize, lead, and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

·       Lead and manage a small marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

·       Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.

·       Identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into clients.

·       Handle client communication, presentations, and follow-ups for ongoing and new projects.

·       Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Management) to ensure seamless client service delivery.

·       Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

·       Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

·       Plan and participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

·       Monitor performance metrics and prepare marketing performance reports for management review.

·       Proven experience in lead generation, client management, and team supervision.

·       Strong communication and presentation skills.

·       Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.

·       Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

·       Strong understanding of consultancy or certification service marketing.

·       Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in consultancy marketing or similar service-based industries.
