Marketing Executive – E-commerce & B2B Portals

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Marketing Executive to manage and grow our presence across e-commerce websites like IndiaMART and other B2B platforms (e.g., Reliance AMS, GeM, etc.). The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining our social media pages, updating product catalogues, and assisting in bidding processes on company portals. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce & B2B Portal Management Manage and optimize company listings on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, etc. Monitor and respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and drive conversions. Handle bidding and documentation on portals like Reliance AMS, GeM, and other institutional portals. Track order status, buyer interactions, and portal-based KPIs. Sales Coordination Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure order fulfillment. Assist in pricing strategy and quote submissions on product listings. Social Media & Digital Presence Regularly update and manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Create and schedule product posts, updates, and promotional content. Collaborate with designers/agencies to maintain brand identity across digital platforms. Product Catalogue Management Maintain and update product catalogues and brochures. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate technical details and specifications. Required Skills: Good understanding of e-commerce and B2B sales platforms. Experience in managing IndiaMART and tender/bidding portals is a plus. Familiarity with social media marketing and content planning. Basic knowledge of industrial products is preferred (training will be provided). Strong communication skills (Hindi & English). Ability to handle multiple platforms and tasks independently. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
