Job Description

As a Corporate Sales Executive at our company in Barakhamba, you will play a crucial role in driving offline sales and expanding our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing presence through corporate partnerships, events, and institutional sales. Your proactive approach and ambition will be key in building strong relationships, pitching products, and converting corporate leads into high-quality business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, pursue, and convert corporate leads for bulk orders, employee gifting, wellness programs, and retail tie-ups. - Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, admin managers, procurement teams, and key corporate decision-makers. - Conduct product demos, sampling sessions, and corporate presentations to promote the brands D2C offerings. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management and lead nurturing. **D2C Marketing Support:** - Support brand activations, on-ground events, and offline promotional activities. - Coordinate with the marketing team for POP materials, sampling, branding requirements, and campaign execution. - Gather customer feedback and market insights to strengthen D2C marketing strategies. - Assist in planning offline promotions, kiosks, society activations, and corporate engagement drives. **Operations & Coordination:** - Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and corporate decks based on client requirements. - Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and closures in CRM tools. - Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sales customer support. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field. - 1-4 years of experience in offline sales, corporate sales, or D2C marketing activations. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple corporate accounts. - Target-driven, dynamic, and comfortable with on-ground activities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. In addition, preferred qualifications include experience in FMCG, D2C brands, wellness, nutrition, retail, or consumer goods, as well as experience in corporate gifting, HR partnerships, event activations, or BTL marketing.
