Job Description

1. Budget management:

Raise PO for all activities/events
Processing of invoices for payment, SES creation
Ensuring payments are received by vendors
Co-ordinating with accounts team for issues that arise
Monthly report of Marketing budget total budget/expenses/available
Monthly Provision to finance

2. vendor management

vendor coordination
vendor registration and vendor relationship management
Search/look for new agencies in Chennai / Mumbai / Gurugram/Bengaluru for event activations/branding work/signages etc.
Coordination with agencies/vendors as and when required
Negotiating and liaising with third-party agencies

3. Reports

Monthly & Quarterly decks/reports – coordination with Suket/Shruti, app team, social media team and PR team for data collection
Updating content/photographs on common commercial drive
Updating the event page of the Intellion website. Drafting the Content shortlisting the images and sharing with the agency post-approvals

4. Co-ordination for On ground brand-related execution work for all the projects

5. Event Planning: Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, conferences, and workshops. Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.

6. Overall coordination for Marketing-related activities as and when they arise.

7. Maintaining records of all agreements related to marketing (sponsorships, agencies) etc)
