Job Profile: Marketing Executive – Solar Panels

The Marketing Executive (Solar) is responsible for promoting solar energy solutions, generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth for solar panels and related products/services. The role requires a mix of technical understanding, customer engagement, and market development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar panels and solar energy solutions.
• Promote solar products to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calls, field visits, exhibitions, digital campaigns, and networking.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Coordinate with the technical/project team for site surveys, feasibility analysis, and system design.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of solar products, renewable energy solutions, and basic technical concepts.
• Ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with target-driven mindset.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
• Technical knowledge of solar energy systems (preferred, not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing/sales (renewable energy/solar industry is an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
