Job Description

1 Basic Marketing Responsibilities – Industrial & Textile Sector Market Research & Customer Identification Identify potential customers in textile mills, embroidery units, dyeing units, and related industries. Gather information about customer needs, market trends, and competitor products. 2 Customer Visits & Relationship Building Visit existing and prospective clients regularly to understand their requirements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with purchasing and technical departments. 3 Product Promotion Introduce new products, samples, and technical specifications to customers. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and performance advantages. 4 Order Follow-Up Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Follow up on payments and maintain proper customer communication. 5 Marketing Communication Maintain regular communication through phone calls, visits, and digital platforms. 6 Reporting Maintain records of customer visits, inquiries, quotations, and sales reports. Provide daily/weekly marketing activity updates to management.
