Job Description

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content, webinars) to generate qualified leads.
Build and manage outbound sequences and prospect lists using tools like Apollo (or similar).
Use tools like Clay, n8n / Zapier / Make to enrich data and automate workflows.
Manage HubSpot / Zoho / similar CRM for campaigns, lists, and basic reporting.
Create and coordinate content for LinkedIn, landing pages, email campaigns, and basic case studies.
Work closely with sales to refine ICPs, messaging, and follow-up cadences.

Must-Have Skills

Experience in B2B marketing (software / IT services / consulting preferred).
Experience running campaigns for North American and/or European markets.
Hands-on with some of: Apollo (or similar), Clay, n8n / Zapier / Make, HubSpot / Zoho / similar CRM.
Strong written English
Comfortable working primarily from the Kolhapur office (on-site), hybrid work module can be discussed after successful onboarding and performance.

Good to Have

Experience marketing AI / data / analytics services.
Startup or high-ownership team experience.
Basic exposure to SEO or LinkedIn Ads / paid social.
