Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to lead and support our on-ground marketing efforts. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, managing events and brand activations, and building partnerships that drive growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate with vendors, print media, and partners for branding, promotional materials, and marketing events.
• Plan and manage participation in exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and community events.
• Build relationships with local media outlets, educational institutions, and organizations for outreach.
• Monitor marketing inventory such as brochures, banners, standees, and merchandise.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys.
• Support sales and business development teams with marketing collaterals and promotional tools.
• Track campaign outcomes and prepare basic reports for internal review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 1–3 years of experience in traditional/offline marketing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, event coordination, and vendor management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with print production, outdoor advertising, and event logistics.
• Experience working with marketing agencies or vendors.
• Basic design sensibility to guide layout and branding materials.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
