Position Overview

The B2C Sales Executive is responsible for directly engaging with individual customers, identifying their needs, presenting suitable products/services, and closing sales. This role focuses on generating revenue through new customer acquisition, upselling, and maintaining strong client relationships in a highly competitive consumer market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through field visits, calls, and online platforms.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and explain features/benefits to customers.
  • Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain follow-ups with prospects to build strong customer relationships.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and sales.
  • Stay updated with competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2C sales, retail, or direct customer interaction.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may also apply.

  • Sales targets achieved (monthly/quarterly).
  • Conversion rate of leads into customers.
