Role Overview:

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  
• Plan and execute

  promotional campaigns, events, and tie-ups

  to increase brand presence.
• Manage

  digital marketing activities

  , including social media, content creation, and online campaigns.
• Build and maintain partnerships with vendors, influencers, and media for collaborations.
  
• Conduct

  to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Track and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and ensure ROI.
  
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience in marketing within the hospitality industry

  (hotels, restaurants, restobars, etc.).
• Strong understanding of

  brand marketing, customer engagement, and event management

  .
• Proficiency in

  digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and content creation

  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  
• Creative mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box.
  
• Knowledge of

  design tools (Canva/Photoshop) and marketing analytics tools

  is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
