Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Marketing Executive with strong experience in the hospitality sector. The role requires expertise in brand promotions, digital marketing, event planning, and customer engagement to enhance visibility and drive footfall for our restobar. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and tie-ups to increase brand presence. Manage digital marketing activities , including social media, content creation, and online campaigns. Build and maintain partnerships with vendors, influencers, and media for collaborations. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Track and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and ensure ROI. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing within the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, restobars, etc.). Strong understanding of brand marketing, customer engagement, and event management . Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and content creation . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box. Knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) and marketing analytics tools is a plus. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
