🚀 About the Role:

Powertech Electromechanical Industries Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Solar EPC operations in Tamil Nadu and is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Solar Marketing Engineer.

This is a field-oriented role ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in solar project sales, client engagement, and end-to-end deal closure across rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify and generate leads for solar rooftop and ground-mounted EPC projects

✔ Engage with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across Tamil Nadu

✔ Coordinate site assessments with technical teams and propose customized solar solutions

✔ Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial presentations

✔ Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to project handover

✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

✔ Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, design, execution) for smooth project delivery

✔ Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management

✔ Promote company branding and solar offerings through networking and digital platforms

🧠 Required Skills:

🔹 Proven experience in Solar EPC Sales

🔹 Strong understanding of solar system components, sizing, ROI & payback analysis

🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

🔹 Ability to build trust with industrial & commercial clients

🔹 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

🔹 Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu

🎓 Qualifications:

🎓 B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / EEE / ECE / Energy or relevant and Freshers.

📌 Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales/marketing is mandatory.
