Marketing Engineer

The ideal candidate for this role should have 0-5 years of experience and hold a degree in Engineering or Marketing with 1-2 years of experience in a similar field. Your responsibilities will include checking and responding to emails from customers, making calls for purchase orders, technical queries, and discussions, as well as conveying accurate technical specifications to customers. You will also be required to make reminder calls for submitted quotations, follow up with customers for purchase orders, and handle incoming phone calls. Achieving sales targets, convincing customers, and making regular visits to customers are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering customer information and new requirements to be conveyed to the Business Development Manager (BDM), monitoring market trends, collecting competitor information from the market and customers, and identifying gaps to be communicated to the BDM. Participation in exhibitions and promotional activities, as well as training and supporting the sales and marketing team on technical aspects, are also part of the job. You will be involved in planning visits for the marketing team and ensuring their visit calendar is organized effectively. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule requirements.
