Marketing Engineer

As a Project Engineer at our company located in Pimpri Pune, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on designing and supporting advanced engineering solutions using laser projection and machine vision technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Design & Engineering: Developing, modeling, and validating mechanical/electrical systems using CAD tools like SolidWorks. - System Integration: Supporting the integration of laser projection, optics, and machine vision technologies into manufacturing and automation processes. - Programming/Scripting: Applying basic to intermediate programming or scripting skills for automation, customization, and process improvements. - Project Execution: Leading and supporting project activities, including planning, installation, and commissioning at customer sites. - Technical Communication: Preparing technical documentation, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and customers. - Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Travel & Support: Providing on-site technical support, training, and troubleshooting at customer facilities (regional travel ~40-50%). - Leadership (for senior roles): Supervising junior engineers, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: - Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Computer, or related discipline). Technical Skills: - Strong multidisciplinary technical aptitude across mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing domains. - Advanced CAD proficiency (SolidWorks or similar tools). - Basic to intermediate programming/scripting skills. - Knowledge of optics and laser fundamentals, including system design and safety. - Experience with laser projection and/or machine vision applications. - Familiarity with simulation and automation tools (desirable). Professional Skills: - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Flexibility to travel regionally (40-50%). - Leadership and project management experience (essential for senior positions).
