About The Role

Gravity Engineering Services is seeking a MBA Marketing / E-mail Associate / lead Gen Intern to support our sales pipeline through research, outreach, and CRM management. If you're a passionate communicator, digitally savvy, and looking to build your B2B sales skills — this is for you.

Responsibilities

✅ Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn/email outreach✅ Research and qualify potential B2B leads✅ Schedule meetings for sales team✅ Maintain CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred)✅ Track KPIs — lead volume, conversion, meetings booked✅ Collaborate with marketing & sales for smooth lead handovers✅ Support with lead database creation & content inputs

Eligibility & Skills

✔️ Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)✔️ Strong verbal & written communication✔️ Familiar with CRM tools & lead gen platforms✔️ Knowledge of Canva/email tools (bonus)✔️ Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn✔️ Willing to work full-time on-site from Raipur✔️ Comfortable with a ₹10K fixed monthly stipend
