Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in sales planning and execution under the guidance of seniors. Travel with senior team members to attend customer meetings and resolve customer complaints . Support in generating leads and identifying potential business opportunities. Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients. Participate in market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions. Learn and assist in handling customer queries and maintaining good customer relationships. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups . Report daily/weekly activities and performance to the reporting manager. Key Skills Required: Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts . Strong communication and negotiation skills . Analytical thinking and good market understanding . Smart personality with a positive attitude . Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Willingness to travel frequently with senior team members. Good presentation and interpersonal skills . Desired Candidate Profile: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience. B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or CIPET-qualified candidates will be preferred. Eager to learn, adaptable, and a team player. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 20/06/2025
