Job Description – Marketing Coordinator

Position: Marketing Coordinator

Department:Marketing

Reporting To:Marketing Manager /MD

Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

* Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.

* Manage content updates for company website, brochures, and digital platforms.

* Handle social media posts, email campaigns, and online promotions.

* Organize and execute events, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.

* Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and dashboards to track campaign performance.

* Maintain and update the marketing database, client contacts, and promotional materials.

* Support market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

* Liaise with external vendors, printers, media agencies, and suppliers for timely execution of tasks.

* Monitor budgets and ensure marketing expenses are within approved limits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.

* Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.

* Knowledge of social media platforms and basic graphic designing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.

* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
