Job Description

Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Generalist (Startup Experience Preferred) Key Responsibilities: * Support lead generation through research, outreach, and updates to CRM * Assist with social media and email marketing (content writing, scheduling, reporting) * Provide general administrative support including scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking * Design and edit presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for internal and external use * Transcribe courses (webinars) and meetings into clean, organized documents * Communicate effectively with internal team and external clients * Support ad hoc projects and daily business operations as needed * Draft, adjust, and manage precedent documents to fit with the current file, e.g., tailoring previous versions of contracts and proposals to fit the parameters of new engagements * Create professional invoices Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/marketing support role * Prior experience working with a startup or small business (preferred) * Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally * Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRMs) * Detail-oriented, organized, and good time management * Comfortable working independently in a remote setup SAL-4-4.2 LPA US Shift
