Position: Technical Content Writer

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 -2 years

ob Summary:

Technical Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

Research, write, edit, and proofread high-quality technical content, including case studies, blog posts, how-to guides, FAQs, and eBooks.
Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and subject matter experts to gather information.
Simplify complex technical information into easily understandable content.
Ensure consistency in tone, style, and structure across all technical content.
Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms.
Update existing blogs as per the trends periodically.
Follow brand guidelines and the voice of the organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or a related field.
1 - 2 years of experience in technical writing or content development (freshers with strong writing skills with proof of work may also apply).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of technical concepts (marketing, AI, cloud, B2B, SaaS, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO and keyword research tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
