Job Description

As a Marketing Content & Communications Specialist for our client in the Retail industry based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, building brand presence, and supporting growth-focused marketing initiatives. You will collaborate across teams to develop engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts audiences across digital channels. Your role will play a key part in shaping how the brand communicates its value, drives awareness, and nurtures customer interest through thoughtful storytelling and data-informed content decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality content across various formats such as blogs, social posts, email campaigns, landing pages, case studies, and digital assets. - Support campaign development and execution in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. - Develop structured messaging frameworks and narratives to clearly communicate product value and differentiation. - Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice across all communication touchpoints. - Evolve messaging guidelines based on audience insights and industry positioning. - Collaborate closely with design, performance marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with campaign goals and business priorities. - Translate complex ideas into clear, audience-friendly communication. - Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and ROI. - Use data-driven insights to refine messaging, improve campaign effectiveness, and optimize content strategy. - Manage content calendars, workflow priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects. - Champion experimentation with new content formats, channels, and creative ideas. Qualification Required: - 3 years of experience in marketing, content production, communications, or related fields. - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. - Strong understanding of social platforms, digital marketing trends, and content analytics. - Proactive, creative, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end. - Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing environment. - Experience in furniture, interiors, construction, or design domains is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Strong research and creative concept development capabilities. - Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content performance metrics. - Ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences and channels.,
