Job Description

As a Marketing Communications Specialist at CYRIX Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing communication strategies to showcase our unique MedTech Services, medical technologies, Training Academy, and employee engagement initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling content, oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and ensure that all messaging adheres to company guidelines, industry regulations, and technical accuracy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Devising and executing marketing communication plans to promote CYRIX Healthcare's One Stop Solutions for customer engagement. - Creating and managing content for various platforms such as websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, videos, white papers, and case studies. - Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and regulatory teams to maintain accurate and compliant messaging. - Managing social media strategies by engaging with healthcare professionals, industry leaders, and stakeholders. - Planning and executing product launches, webinars, trade shows, and industry events to drive lead generation. - Overseeing public relations efforts, including drafting press releases and conducting media outreach. - Developing educational materials and thought leadership content like blogs, webinars, and white papers. - Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies. - Coordinating with sales teams to create marketing collateral that supports lead generation and conversion. - Designing and implementing employee engagement programs in collaboration with HR teams. - Collaborating with physicians, healthcare providers, and internal teams to promote services and health education. - Engaging with external agencies, vendors, and media outlets for PR and advertising activities. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the medical technology, healthcare, or biotech industry. - Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex medical and technical concepts into engaging content. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. - Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and guidelines is advantageous. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and regulated environment. - Proficiency in graphic design, video editing (Adobe suite), or CRM software is a plus. - Attention to detail and the ability to strike a balance between technical accuracy and marketing creativity.
