Role Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts targeting academicians and educationalists. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, manage brand communication, and oversee a team comprising a content writer and a designer. Eligibility: 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in B2B marketing . Ability to manage and mentor a team of creative professionals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong content strategy and storytelling skills to engage academicians. Proactive, self-driven, and able to take initiatives independently. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems. Proven experience in education, edtech, or a related field is a plus. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to engage universities, academicians, and education leaders. Lead a marketing pod with a content writer and designer, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. Create compelling B2B marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Plan and manage email marketing, newsletters, and thought leadership content. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
