Role Overview

Marketing & Communications Interns

Key Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
• Assist in creating engaging content (blogs, newsletters, social media posts, presentations).
• Design and develop

  templates in PowerPoint, Word, and other formats for corporate presentations and branding materials

  .
• Work on corporate branding initiatives, promotional activities, and events.
• Coordinate internal and external communications to strengthen brand presence.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports/insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Recruitment, Delivery) for employer branding and thought leadership content.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

  Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field

  .
• Strong communication and creative writing skills.
• Familiarity with

  presentation design and templates (PPT, Word, Canva, etc.)

  is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO, etc.) is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

SALARY:

1. First 3 months of internship no compensation
2. 4-6 months of internship INR 10K as compensation per month
3. Successful completion of 6 months of internship a permanent position may be offered. Compensation as per the market standards for the specific roles.
