Marketing & Communications Associate

Job Purpose:
Support all production elements of the Global Product Marketing Delivery Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate product-related marketing materials on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and update standard marketing collateral, including PowerPoint presentations and sales aids, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BNY Investment Compliance standards.• Ensure all relevant documents such as standard presentations and sales aids meet compliance requirements.• Coordinate with marketing, sales, digital, and information services teams to facilitate timely and broad distribution of marketing materials.• Assist in the creation and maintenance of templates using Seismic.• Comply with all corporate policies and procedures within the department.• Immediately alert management of any significant changes to business risks or internal control effectiveness.• Notify management and/or Compliance promptly of any regulatory breaches.Skills and Experience:• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors.• Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines.• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.• Previous experience in the investment management industry and Mutual Funds is preferred.Applications Knowledge:• PowerPoint• Adobe InDesign• Adobe Photoshop• Adobe Illustrator• Seismic• Workfront (preferred)
