Job Description

Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within the SFMC ecosystem. Design data models, data flows, and automation workflows that support personalized marketing campaigns. Platform Implementation and Management: Implement and optimize Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Interaction Studio. Ensure the effective utilization of Marketing Cloud features to deliver omnichannel campaigns. Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and data security. Integration and Customization: Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other third-party systems to enable data synchronization. Develop APIs and custom components to extend platform functionality as needed. Collaborate with IT and data teams to maintain integration integrity and troubleshoot issues. Campaign Support: Provide technical guidance for building dynamic and responsive email templates, personalized customer journeys, and triggered automation workflows. Oversee A/B testing and analytics tracking to improve campaign effectiveness.
