Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to design and implement end-to-end marketing automation solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio, and Personalization strategies, and will be responsible for crafting omnichannel experiences powered by data and automation. Key Responsibilities: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Collaborate with clients, marketers, and development teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Lead end-to-end implementation of customer journeys, triggered communications, segmentation models, and cross-channel campaigns. Design and configure data models, Contact Builder, data extensions, and API integrations. Leverage tools like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio to create personalized, data-driven experiences. Mentor developers, admins, and campaign specialists on SFMC best practices. Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud), external systems, and advertising platforms. Develop documentation, solution designs, and technical playbooks. Required Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with 4+ years specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) . Strong knowledge of SFMC modules: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio . Expertise in AMPScript, SQL, and SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript). Experience integrating with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms via API or ETL tools. Salesforce Certifications preferred: Marketing Cloud Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist . Strong communication and project management skills.
