·        Minimum 4 to 6 Years of Experience in Brand Management, Corporate Communication, Marketing and Performance Marketing

·        Leadership experience required

·        Must have experience in handling all media channels – Digital, Social media, OOH, Print and Electronic. Exposure in BTL & Activations will be an added plus

·        Expertise in planning and implementing campaigns for lead generation, recall, sustenance and brand building

Key Elements of the Job (JD):

·        Lead Brand Strategy: Define and adhere to brand guidelines and create long-term brand value 

·        Lead & Execute existing Trademark Campaigns and Desing new ones to strengthen market presence of the Brand

·        Oversee all communications – internal, external, Brand and PR

·        Lead Generation activity for the entire organization – both Quality & Quantity

·        Lead Social Meda Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Blogs and other related activities for the entire organization

·        Plan, Manage, Implement & Check all designs and content with multiple Agency and/or in-house partners

·        Laison with Sales Team to ensure Team specific relevant lead generation from various sources to ensure optimum productivity (Site Visits & Conversions)
