Marketing Automation Team Lead

Role Overview: You will be the Marketing Automation Team Lead responsible for overseeing and guiding the India team in Lead Management, Email, Platform, Campaign Operations, and Project Management, particularly focusing on leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your role will involve managing and enhancing the team's expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating with the US-based team to ensure alignment in team performance, and introducing and refining features, processes, and capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize custom processes, features, and capabilities. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-20 members, providing ongoing support, training, and facilitating their professional development. - Oversee the lead evaluation process to ensure efficient qualification and distribution of marketing leads, continuously seeking process improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with onshore marketing automation leaders to analyze business requirements and devise effective solutions within Marketing Cloud. - Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members adhere to Key Result Areas (KRAs) and adjust roles as necessary to meet evolving needs. Qualification Required: - Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership. - Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Certifications. - Knowledge of Salesforce.com. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively. Additional Details: - Experience and knowledge of Adobe Workfront is a nice-to-have. - Understanding of agile development processes.
