Job Description

The Marketing Automation Specialist with Marketo expertise at our company will be responsible for executing high-performing email campaigns, managing Marketo assets, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of marketing automation workflows, lead management practices, and campaign optimization. Key responsibilities of the Marketing Automation Specialist include building and deploying targeted email campaigns, nurture programs, and scoring models in Marketo. They will also create and manage Marketo assets like landing pages, forms, and workflows, while optimizing campaign performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate data through segmentation, list hygiene, and CRM sync checks, as well as troubleshooting any issues related to campaign execution or integrations. The successful candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience working with Marketo and be proficient in managing assets within the platform. They should possess knowledge of CRM integration, marketing data hygiene, list management, segmentation, and campaign reporting. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role, along with the ability to define and support lead lifecycle processes and adhere to best practices for maintaining a clean and scalable Marketo instance.
