- Plan, design, execute large scale marketing automation programs over channels such as email, SMS, Push, CRM, web etc.
- Design new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels and devices based on campaign performance and insights.
- Conduct marketing automation vendor assessment
- Conduct client s Campaign/Marketing automation capability assessment and provide recommendations on optimizing the Campaign/Marketing automation stack and develop use cases to improve utilization of existing campaign engine.
