Marketing Automation B2C (Braze) - Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager in Marketing Automation B2C with expertise in Braze, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients as a consulting professional to design, build, and implement initiatives that enhance business performance. - Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. - Conduct assessment of marketing campaigns including email, social media, web, SEO/SEM, BTL, and display advertising, and provide recommendations for optimization. - Plan and design new campaign strategies across all channels and devices based on performance insights. - Gather business requirements and design processes for implementation of marketing and advertising solutions/tools. - Conduct vendor and MarTech/AdTech capability assessments, and provide recommendations for optimizing the MarTech/AdTech stack. - Identify, scope, and partner with technology solution providers and marketing agencies to deliver the best solution for clients. - Manage a team of digital marketing platform specialists, including work allocation, project support, hiring, and training. - Drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the digital marketing platform space. - Strong understanding of marketing processes, operating models, marketing & advertising technologies, and integrations with other technologies. - Proficient in research, analysis, proposal development, and establishing effective working relationships. - Experience in budgeting projects/engagements and working with middle to senior management levels. - Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead teams independently. - Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global, fast-paced, and unstructured environment. - Willingness to learn new tools/solutions and contribute to offering development for growth opportunities.
