We are looking for a
Digital Marketing & MarTech Consultant
to help businesses
optimize their marketing strategies, improve campaign performance, and enhance MarTech/AdTech capabilities
. This role involves
evaluating and designing marketing campaigns, assessing digital marketing tools, and recommending strategic improvements
across multiple marketing channels.
- Key Responsibilities:
  
  Marketing Campaign Strategy & Optimization
- Conduct
  assessments of marketing campaigns
  across
  email, social media, web, SEO/SEM, BTL, and display advertising
  .
- Provide
  data-driven recommendations
  for
  optimizing campaigns
  and
  improving utilization
  of marketing tools.
- Develop and execute
  cross-channel marketing strategies
  based on
  campaign performance insights
  .
- MarTech/AdTech Stack Evaluation & Enhancement
- Assess existing MarTech/AdTech capabilities
  and identify areas for
  optimization
  .
- Conduct
  vendor assessments
  to determine the best solutions for client needs.
- Provide
  recommendations on enhancing MarTech/AdTech stacks
  and develop
  use cases for better utilization
  .
- Identify and partner with
  technology solution providers and marketing agencies
  to
  deliver high-impact solutions
  .
- Implementation of Marketing & Advertising Solutions
- Gather
  business requirements
  and
  design process & solution roadmaps
  for MarTech/AdTech tool implementation.
- Support the
  deployment and integration
  of marketing and advertising tools within the client s ecosystem.
- Ensure that
  marketing automation and data-driven strategies
  are effectively leveraged.
- Team & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and manage a team of
  digital marketing platform specialists
  , handling
  work allocation, time management, project SME support, hiring, and training
  .
- Mobilize and organize across
  multiple stakeholders (clients, internal teams, and vendors)
  to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Business Development & Thought Leadership
- Drive
  business development efforts
  , including RFPs, client pitches, and digital marketing solutions consulting.
- Establish
  thought leadership in the digital marketing platform space
  , sharing insights on
  emerging trends and best practices
  .
- Required Skills & Experience:
  
  Proven experience in digital marketing campaign assessment and optimization
  across multiple channels.
  Strong understanding of MarTech & AdTech stacks
  , including marketing automation, personalization, and analytics tools. Experience in
  SEO/SEM, paid media, display advertising, and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns
  .
  Project management expertise
  with the ability to manage
  multiple stakeholders and marketing technology implementations
  . Strong
  vendor assessment and partnership management experience
  in the MarTech/AdTech space. Ability to
  analyze marketing data and derive insights
  to inform strategy and optimization.
  Team leadership experience
  , including managing specialists, hiring, and training. Excellent
  communication and presentation skills
  , with experience in
  client-facing consulting roles
  . Ability to
  drive business development and sales efforts
  in the digital marketing technology space.
