Marketing Associate

Role Overview

The Brand & Marketing Associate works directly with the founder across content, digital marketing, and brand operations. This is a hands-on role with exposure to everything that goes into building a consumer brand — from social media campaigns to influencer outreach, to managing product launches. The role also involves supporting the founder in preparing brand decks, market research, and investor-related presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, influencer outreach, email, performance marketing support).

• Manage content calendars, coordinate with designers/creators, and ensure brand consistency across channels.

• Support product launches by coordinating timelines, assets, and execution.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform brand decisions.

• Organize and help prepare brand and investor decks, presentations, and documentation.

• Track campaign performance and create simple reports/insights.

• Take ownership of small projects and ensure smooth day-to-day brand operations.
