Key Responsibilities

Handle Social Sailor’s and Growth Sailor’s social media accounts.
Respond to DMs, track mentions, and keep engagement high.
Plan, schedule, and post daily content (stories, reels, updates).
Execute and run digital marketing campaigns.
Handle clients and understand campaign requirements.
Learn how to generate leads, nurture them, and convert them into clients.
Bonus: you’ll also get to learn directly from expert founders how real-world marketing and client acquisition works.
This is a golden opportunity that doesn’t exist in the market — for the first 3 months you get paid nothing, but if you prove yourself, you set your own salary. Even if you ask double the market standard, we’ll back you.

Requirements

Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and social platforms.
Interest in digital marketing and analytics.
Strong writing and community engagement skills.
Willingness to learn paid ads, growth marketing, and client handling.
