Marketing Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with minimum 1 year of hands-on experience to support our growing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, digital outreach, content creation, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage social media platforms, create content calendars and track performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive insights.
• Support email marketing campaigns and website updates.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key KPIs.
• Help organize promotional events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1 year of professional experience in a marketing or related role.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads etc).
• Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing and branding principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Good to Have:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. :- Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
• Basic understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
