About KidzGym

KidzGym is a joyful, science-backed movement program designed for modern childhood. We partner with schools to bring structured gymnastics, posture intelligence, and playful physical activity into children’s daily routines — building stronger bodies, sharper minds, and resilient spirits.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Marketing Associate to plan, research, and execute our outreach strategy to schools. The candidate will also handle all KidzGym social media channels and contribute to lead generation and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Outreach

• Identify and build a list of target schools in Hyderabad and beyond.
• Research decision-makers (principals, coordinators, management).
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns (calls, emails, visits).

• Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage KidzGym’s social handles (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Plan and execute posting calendars.
• Track engagement, grow followers, and build brand presence.

• Sales & Lead Generation

• Assist in setting appointments with schools.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and social channels.
• Support the sales team in presentations, brochures, and proposals.

• Content & Campaigns

• Coordinate with designers/writers to create school-focused marketing materials.
• Monitor competitors (like The Little Gym, Fitkids, etc.) for insights.
• Run small ad campaigns (FB, IG, YT) under guidance.

Requirements

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or school outreach.
• Strong communication skills (English, Telugu/Hindi preferred).
• Familiarity with social media marketing (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle end-to-end campaigns.
