Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Associate (Freshers Only), located in Navi Mumbai. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, supporting sales efforts, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication with clients and team members. The role includes tasks such as data analysis, content creation, and coordinating marketing campaigns to support the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for effective client interactions and team coordination
• Market Research skills to analyze and understand market trends and customer needs
• Sales and Marketing skills to support and develop marketing strategies and sales efforts
• Project Management skills to oversee and manage multiple marketing projects efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing is a plus
