Marketing Assistant

• We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and willing to contribute to various marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, market research, content creation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior.
• Create and manage content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events and promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Product) to align marketing goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Creativity and a passion for marketing trends.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Internships or project work related to marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or basic SEO concepts.
