Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and lead generation activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, creative thinking, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote products/services.
• Develop and manage social media content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams for campaign execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, events, and digital platforms.
• Maintain customer databases and support CRM activities.
• Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email marketing).
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media management.
• Creative, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.

Salary: Based on experience and performance.Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Head

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
